This page is for businesses and groups who want to show boating, fishing, marine, outdoor, or tourism products and services. You can present them through VictoriaBoatShow.com and its events. We welcome applications from marine businesses of any size. This includes independent charter operators, marine trades, marinas, dealers, and tourism organizations. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We review all submissions for fit, accuracy, and available space.

Information Applicants Should Prepare

To keep review straightforward, we recommend gathering the following before completing the form:

• Legal business or organization name, plus the public-facing business name.
• Website URL and current contact information for the person handling the application.
• Product or service category. This helps us place the listing in the right part of the directory.
• Requested exhibit space, if you have a preferred size or format in mind.
• A short description of the intended display, products, or services shown.
• Power or setup requirements, insurance information if applicable, and any special installation needs.

We only enforce mandatory requirements confirmed in the current exhibitor documents. You can leave optional fields blank if they do not apply to your business.

Application Review

We review applications for relevance to the local boating and fishing audience. We also check available exhibit space, safety, setup fit, and general event requirements. We may follow up by email with questions before confirming a listing. We share approval decisions, timelines, and any fees or booth details directly with the applicant during review.
